New Issue: Barclays sells $750,000 notes due 2023 linked to S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., June 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $750,000 of 0% notes due June 15, 2023 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the gain of the lesser performing index up to a maximum of par plus 29.25%.
Otherwise, the payout will be par.
