Barclays plans to price buffered digital plus notes on S&P, the Dow

Olympia, Wash., June 19 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered digital plus notes due June 26, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index return is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of 32% and 1.27 times the return of the lesser performing index.

If either index falls by up to 10%, the payout at maturity will be par.

If either index falls by more than 10%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser performing index declines beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price June 21.

The Cusip number is 06747MZZ2.
