JPMorgan to price five-year capped CDs linked to S&P 500 index

Olympia, Wash., June 19 – JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price 0% capped certificates of deposit due June 28, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a term sheet.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par and a maximum return that is expected to be at least 30% and will be set at pricing.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Advisors Asset Management is distributor.
The CDs will price June 28.
The Cusip number is 48128HB56.
