Citibank plans to price market-linked CDs tied to S&P 500 index

Olympia, Wash., June 19 – Citibank, NA plans to price 0% market-linked certificates of deposit due July 1, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a term sheet.

If the index return is greater than zero, the payout will be par plus the return, capped at par plus 11.75% to 13.75%. Otherwise the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent. Advisors Asset Management is distributor.

The CDs will price June 28.

The Cusip number is 17294XTN6.
