Barclays to price buffered SuperTrack notes due 2021 on S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., June 13 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due July 6, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the index return, capped at par plus 18% to 20%. If the index return is flat or declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 06747MWC6) will price on June 28.
