New Issue: Barclays sells $11.71 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., May 31 – Barclays Bank plc priced $11.71 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due May 31, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.
If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 30%.
Barclays is the agent.
