New Issue: JPMorgan sells $510,000 review notes linked to three indexes

Columbus, Ohio, May 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $510,000 of 0% review notes due May 28, 2025 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be called at par plus a call premium of 11.5% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on any of annual review date.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below 70% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing index.
