New Issue: Barclays prices $4 million SuperTrack notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, May 15 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4 million of 0% SuperTrack notes due May 14, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.9 times any index gain.

Investors will be fully exposed to any decline of the index.

Barclays is the agent.
