New Issue: Barclays prices $6.82 million buffered PLUS linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., May 14 – Barclays Bank plc priced $6.82 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 15, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 117.65% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 20%.

Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is a dealer.
