Morgantown, W.Va., May 13 – Barclays Bank plc priced $8.42 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due April 30, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.
If the index falls by up to 33%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 33%.
