New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.8 million market-linked notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, May 3 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.8 million of 0% market-linked notes due Oct. 30, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 40%. If the index falls, investors will be exposed to the first 5% of the loss, subject to a minimum payout of 95% par.
