New Issue: JPMorgan sells $3.01 million capped buffered return enhanced notes on Russell, S&P

Olympia, Wash., April 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.01 million of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due July 31, 2020 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If each index finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the return of the lesser performing index, capped at par plus 11.25%.

If either index falls but neither falls by more than 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any decline in the lesser performing index beyond 10%.
