Barclays to price digital plus notes due 2024 linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., April 17 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% digital plus notes due April 23, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 35%.

If the index finishes below its initial level by up to 30%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price April 18.

The Cusip number is 06747MPN0.
