Olympia, Wash., April 10 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $30.7 million of 0% buffered digital notes due July 13, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,148.50 per $1,000 principal amount.
If the index falls by more than 15% investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
