New Issue: JPMorgan sells $40,000 notes due 2024 tied to basket of three indexes

Olympia, Wash., April 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $40,000 of notes due March 28, 2024 linked to a basket of equally weighted indexes, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, each with a 33.33% weight.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 112% of any basket gain. If the basket falls or is flat, investors will share in the decline, subject to a minimum payout of 95% of par.
