New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $750,000 buffered PLUS linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., March 18 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $750,000 of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 4, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 117% of the gain.

If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond the 30% buffer.
