Citi to price 6.1% equity-linked securities tied to S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., March 18 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 6.1% equity-linked securities due Dec. 24, 2019 tied to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The coupon is payable each month.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either index ever closes below 73% of its initial level on any trading day during the life of the notes, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing index from its initial level.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price on March 19.

The Cusip number is 17326YNV4.
