Morgantown, W.Va., March 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $976,000 of 0% market-linked notes due March 4, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times any index gain, capped at par plus 40%. Investors will be exposed to losses up to 5%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
