GS Finance will price index-linked notes linked to S&P, Russell
Chicago, Feb. 27 – GS Finance Corp. plans to price 0% index-linked notes due March 4, 2024 tied to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the final index level of each index is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 140% to 150% the return of the lesser performing index.
If either index closes below its initial level but the lowest performing index closes above the 50% trigger level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the lesser performing index.

The notes (Cusip: 40056EX29) will price on Feb. 28.
