Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 7 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $542,000 of 0% market-linked securities with upside participation to a cap and partial principal return due Feb. 3, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, capped at par plus 27%.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the first 5% of any index decline.
