JPMorgan plans to price seven-year CDs linked to S&P 500 index

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due Feb. 4, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a term sheet.
The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 100% of the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Advisors Asset Management is distributor.
The CDs will price Jan. 31.
The Cusip number is 48128F6N7.
