JPMorgan to price five-year capped CDs linked to S&P 500 index

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price 0% capped certificates of deposit due Feb. 5, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par and a maximum return that is expected to be at least 42.5% and will be set at pricing.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Advisors Asset Management is distributor.

The CDs will price Jan. 31.

The Cusip number is 48128F6P2.
