JPMorgan to price digital equity notes linked to S&P 500 index
Chicago, Jan. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% digital equity notes due Feb. 27, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above 88% of its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount, which is expected to fall between $1,068.60 and $1,080.50 per $1,000 of notes and will be set at pricing.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1364% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 12%.

The notes (Cusip: 48130WTB7) will price on Jan. 25 and settle on Feb. 1.
