New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.25 million buffered PLUS linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.25 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due July 9, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return up to a maximum payout of par plus 32.85%.

Investors will receive par if the index declines by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
