Olympia, Wash., Dec. 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $246,000 of 0% notes due Dec. 29, 2023 linked to an equally weighted basket consisting of the S&P 500 index and Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 118% of the basket return, subject to a minimum payout of par.
The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
