Morgan Stanley to price buffered participation notes on S&P, Russell

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 28 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% buffered participation securities due Nov. 2, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain of the worse performing index.

Investors will receive par if either index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index beyond 20%.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 61768DVY8) will price Jan. 28 and settle Jan. 31.
