Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.65 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 3, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus triple the gain, capped at $11.72 per $10 PLUS.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
