New Issue: Barclays prices $1.35 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, Dec. 18 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.35 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Nov. 30, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times any index gain.
If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the buffer.
