Olympia, Wash., Dec. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.34 million of 0% digital equity notes due Dec. 7, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is at least negative 16.8%, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,120 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.2019% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 16.8%.
