New Issue: Barclays sells $522,000 leveraged market-linked notes on S&P 500 index

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 7 – Barclays Bank plc priced $522,000 of 0% market-linked securities with leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed-percentage buffered downside due Dec. 5, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, capped at par plus 56%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline in the index beyond 15%.
Barclays and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are the agents.
