New Issue: UBS prices $11.77 million digital geared buffered notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, Nov. 28 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $11.77 million of 0% digital notes due Nov. 5, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 85% threshold, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,145 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses if it falls beyond the geared buffer.
