Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $31.03 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Nov. 23, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the underlying index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the gain up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,231 for each $1,000 principal amount.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
