New Issue: Citigroup prices $3.06 million autocallable securities on Russell, S&P

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.06 million of 7.9% autocallable securities due Feb. 25, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on Nov. 18, 2019.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, or if neither index has closed below its 70% trigger level during the life of the notes, the payout at maturity will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing index from its initial level.
