JPMorgan plans five-year notes tied to basket of Russell, Stoxx, S&P

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% notes due Nov. 30, 2023 linked to an equally-weighted basket of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of any basket gain. If the basket falls, the payout will be par plus the return of the basket, with a minimum payout of 90% of par.
The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
The notes will price on Nov. 30.
The Cusip number is 48130UZ73.
