New Issue: Barclays sells $407,000 five-year SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 5 – Barclays Bank plc priced $407,000 of 0% SuperTrack notes due Oct. 31, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.235 times any index gain.
If the index falls by up to 40%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline below the initial level.
