New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.12 million 8.25% autocallable yield notes on S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.12 million of 8.25% autocallable yield notes due Jan. 31, 2020 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be automatically called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date other than the final one.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its initial level and ever closes below its 70% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index.
