New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $7.72 million buffered PLUS with cap tied to S&P

Chicago, Oct. 31 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $7.72 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 5, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus double the gain up to a maximum return of $12.125 per $10.00 PLUS.

If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
