New Issue: JPMorgan sells $10.78 million capped buffered enhanced notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Oct. 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $10.78 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due June 18, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the underlying index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the 150% of the gain up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,195.00 for each $1,000 principal amount.

If the asset falls but by up to 7%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.0753% for each 1% decline beyond the geared buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
