New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.3 million trigger jump notes on indexes

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 29 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.3 million of 0% trigger jump securities with daily trigger monitoring due Nov. 27, 2019 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $1,000 plus 18.17%.
If the least performing index falls but closes at or above the trigger level, 80% of the initial index level, every day during the life of the notes, the payout will be par.
If any index finishes below the trigger level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least-performing index declines from its initial level.
