New Issue: Citi prices $4.31 million leveraged buffer notes due 2019 linked to S&P

Chicago, Oct. 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.31 million of 0% buffer securities due Nov. 27, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,117.50 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
