JPMorgan to price two-year buffered digital notes linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% buffered digital notes due Oct. 29, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital percentage of at least 13.75%.

If the index declines but finishes above its 85% threshold level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the 15% buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 26 and settle on Oct. 31.

The Cusip number is 48130UK79.
