New Issue: Barclays sells $1.16 million three-year notes on S&P 500, Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.16 million of 0% notes due Sept. 3, 2021 linked to S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the lesser performing index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the gain of the lesser performing index, capped at par plus 25%.
If the lesser performing index falls by up to 5%, the payout will be par plus the return of that index.
If the lesser performing index falls by more than 5%, investors will receive 95% of par.
