Olympia, Wash., Sept. 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.37 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 3, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double the gain, capped at $12.05 per PLUS.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any index decline beyond 10%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
