New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1 million partial principal at risk notes tied to index basket

Chicago, Aug. 14 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1 million of 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due Aug. 11, 2025 linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index, the Nikkei 225 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, equally weighted, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 208% of any basket gain.

If the basket falls, the payout will be par plus the return, with a minimum payout of $900 per security.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
