New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $8.38 million jump securities linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 7 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $8.38 million of 0% jump securities due Nov. 5, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the upside payment of 11.57%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
