New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.75 million buffered PLUS linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., July 26 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.75 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due July 23, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par of $1,000 plus 150% of any index gain, capped at $1,233 per PLUS.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
