New Issue: Barclays prices $4.13 million market-linked notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., July 23 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.13 million of 0% market-linked notes due July 3, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of 21%.
Investors will receive par if the index finishes flat or falls.
Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
