Barclays plans buffered SuperTrack notes due 2021 linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., July 18 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due July 23, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the 15% buffer.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on July 20 and settle on July 25.
The Cusip number is 06746XJL8.
