New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.13 million digital equity notes linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., July 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.13 million of 0% digital equity notes due Aug. 15, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is at least negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,062.80 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 10%.
