JPMorgan plans four-year buffered return enhanced notes on S&P 500

Chicago, July 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 4, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 to 1.31 times any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline beyond the 20% buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on July 31.

The Cusip number is 48129MK54.
